Baked paint
1.On a substrate that has been polished to a certain roughness, spray several layers of paint and bake it at high temperature to shape it.
2. There are many types of colors, refer to the Pantone color chart. But it can only be a solid color and cannot present gradient colors.
Oxidation
1. Surface treatment process for aluminum or aluminum alloys, where oxidation treatment generates a surface oxide film on the surface.
2. Available colors, refer to Pantone color chart. Compared to baking paint, it adds a metallic texture, but it can only be solid colors and cannot present gradient colors.
Carbon fiber
1. It is a new type of fiber material with a carbon content of over 95% and high strength, high modulus fibers. It has superior properties such as conductivity, thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, light weight, and radiation resistance that other materials cannot match.
2. After processing, the texture of the carbon fiber itself is presented, and the color can be selected.
electroplate
1.The process of coating a thin layer of other metals or alloys on certain metal surfaces using the principle of electrolysis.
2. Commonly used methods include gold plating, silver plating, and chrome plating.
Screen printing
1. By squeezing with a scraper, the ink is transferred to the substrate through the mesh holes in the graphic and textual parts, forming a graphic and textual image similar to the original.
2. There are many silk screen colors, refer to Pantone color chart, but gradient printing cannot be achieved.
